Клеточные блоки на основе желатина: опыт применения в цитологической лаборатории

Технология клеточных блоков – важный этап в развитии морфологического метода, позволяющий эффективно дополнять цитологическую диагностику. Суть метода заключается в приготовлении из осажденной биологической жидкости «твердофазного» материала для морфологической оценки, возможности длительного хранения и проведения дополнительных исследований. Цель исследования – оценить достоинства и ограничения технологии клеточных блоков для применения в повседневной практике цитологической лаборатории.
