Имплантассоциированная анапластическая крупноклеточная лимфома (BIA-ALCL) молочной железы в цитологической практике

В статье представлены клиническое наблюдение и обзор актуальной научной литературы по имплантассоциированной анапластической крупноклеточной лимфоме (BIA-ALCL ) молочной железы, развившейся у пациентки спустя 8 лет после установки текстурированного импланта фирмы Allergan. Диагноз был впервые установлен при цитологическом исследовании перипротезной жидкости, подтвержден гистологически, иммуногистохимически и методом проточной цитометрии.
